We believe that first impressions last, and from the kerbside our Vendor's coastal cottage sets a positive tone for all that is to come. A step down reveals the kitchen with a Mediterranean style that blends with an electric and oil-fed AGA, a Belfast sink, an integrated dishwasher and walk-in pantry. The ground level three-piece bathroom also allows spaces for the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs, all four bedrooms are much larger than you would expect in a cosy cottage, with 9' high ceilings in the front two rooms. The shower room and separate WC are complimentary to the bathroom on the ground floor, to complete the accommodation.
Outside, parking is available at the front of the property, and at the rear is an enclosed low maintenance courtyard with covered storage, a raised suntrap decked terrace and a concealed oil tank.
